Returns and Refund

At Popperoo, we guarantee the delivery of fresh, sealed, and quality popcorn products. But if you are not satisfied with the products delivered to you, we have a 15-day return policy. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we shall no longer offer replacement or refund.

Returns and refunds are only applicable to regular priced items purchased directly from the Popperoo website. To be eligible for a return or refund, we need proof that the items delivered to you are defective, damaged, or expired. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase for you to complete your return.

To have your items returned and replaced:

  1. Send us an e-mail about the items you want to return and be replaced.
  2. Ship out the items to the address we shall give you. Note that customers will shoulder the shipping costs for returning items.
  3. After thorough inspection of the items returned, we shall notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for replacement. Once approved, we shall send you the same items you requested to be replaced. Refer to our Delivery Information for the standard delivery time.

To have your items returned and refunded:

  2. Ship out the items to the address we shall give you. Note that customers will shoulder the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  3. After thorough inspection of the items returned, we shall notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
